Yoga at hills

Hello hive users how are you i hope you all are good and healthy and doing great and enjoying life with your loved ones .

I do yoga pose at top of the hill
It's all about hills and Himalayas .so before I talk about this hills trip .I wanna tells you one thing about the hills . All people thinks and see how beautifull the hills are and how much peacefull they looks but hills are really beautifull and calm but also dangerous.sometime it's risky to climb and trek on hills . So be carefull and be aware when you go for a hillside .

We leave our room in 6 o'clock in morning . We are two people me and my buddy who is very beginner in hills tracking .we decided to track a mountain which is located at height of 2290 m above from sea level .the mountain name is tiffin top and also know as dorothy's seat .I am very excited because i am going this types of track after a long time . My plan is for doing some yoga asanas at top of the hills .

We started track and after a few meter my buddy who is with me in this track is telling me for a rest and he drink water and we continue our track . It's really amazing experience when we going slowly slowly up the beauty of nature looks like all tree and plant welcoming and the sound of wind is like they all are saying welcome and appreciating .

When we are at middle of hills we see a old golf ground type area I don't know it's a golf ground or something else but looks like a golf ground . We take some picture . And take few minutes rest there and then we continue for the summit . Felling little bit breathing problem because oxygen level is low but it's okkk my buddy was telling me rest rest rest and yes we do rest many times but I am very excited and only one thing in my mind is summit.finally we do summit the hills and congrats each other . We explore the top the and see the beauty of nature . It's really amazing I can't explain this by words the feeling was very incredible.i wish i go there again in my life .
