Los seres humanos nos caracterizamos por ser gregarios. Nos encanta estar en grupos, pues esto satisface esas necesidades de pertenencia y reconocimiento entre nuestros semejantes. Por otra parte, al estar en colectivos, se facilita el logro de metas y objetivos personales y comunes, ya que se produce una sinergia muy valiosa e interesante. Ejemplo de este característico rasgo humano, lo podemos ver en Hive, en donde existe infinidad proyectos, formados por personas con intereses comunes, que se agrupan para crear una comunidad en la cual compartir contenidos específicos, y desarrollar actividades que les identifiquen y con las cuales se sientan realizados.

On the other hand, being in groups facilitates the achievement of personal and common goals and objectives, since a very valuable and interesting synergy is produced.
