Good day Bible readers, Summary of what I learnt on our Mass Indoctrination day 5 from the teachings of brother Eli

We must make amends with God and with our wife in order for our prayer to be effective. We must love God and our wives as much as we love ourselves.

Leviticus 19:18 Do not take revenge on others or continue to hate them, but love your neighbors as you love yourself. I am the Lord.

1 Corinthians 11:3-4 But I want you to understand that Christ is supreme over every man, the husband is supreme over his wife, and God is supreme over Christ. So a man who prays or proclaims God's message in public worship with his head covered disgraces Christ.

We must do what God desires and place God first in our lives since he is the one who owns us. We are to the woman in the same way. There are some things we should not do to our wives or to God.

Ephesians 5:25-28 Husbands, love your wives just as Christ loved the church and gave his life for it. He did this to dedicate the church to God by his word, after making it clean by washing it in water, in order to present the church to himself in all its beauty—pure and faultless, without spot or wrinkle or any other imperfection. Men ought to love their wives just as they love their own bodies. A man who loves his wife loves himself.
