Proverbs 20:20 If a son talks against his father or his mother, his lamp will be put out in the time of darkness.

As God's children, we must learn to live in peace with all mankind, especially those who look after us. Our spiritual leaders and our parents, for example. We must learn to avoid using harsh language against them.
As Christians, we must love everyone, including our enemies and those who have not yet repented of their sins. So that we might win them over to God via love.

Luke 15:7 I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven because of one sinner who is sorry for his sins and turns from them, than for ninety-nine people right with God who do not have sins to be sorry for.

But to the saints that are in the earth, and to the excellent, in whom is all my delight.

As Christians, we must learn to communicate the gospel through love for one another. We must learn to bear one other's burdens in order for all men to recognize us as Christians. We must persuade them by adhering to Christ's doctrines. so that our lives alone can persuade people to believe in God.

Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of those who are right with God is a tree of life, and he who wins souls is wise.

where the doctrine of Christ is preserved and preached in its entirety. There will be an increase; no one will be persuaded to join, but God will multiply his own people.
