Good day Bible readers, Summary of what I learnt on our SPBB Day 1 on zoom

1 Peter 2:9
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

We are God's people, and as such, we are required to demonstrate our actual nature, which is love, to others around us. We demonstrate our love by bearing each other's burdens. We are to demonstrate to the world that Christ lives in us and that we are the almighty God's Temple.

1 Peter 2:5
Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

As Christians, we should learn to give thanks to God, and one way to do so is to thank Him. for what he has done in our lives through the words we have said. God accepts just that as a gift from man. God doesn't accept money, therefore I'll eat whatever you cook, as long as it comes from a true heart that believes in him God will accept your thanks given.

Hebrews 13:15
By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

Revelation 1:6
And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
