POWER OF MEDITATION.

Hello everyone, this is @waverunner and welcome to my another #Dtube video.
If you are also troubled by such a problem that random thoughts always keep running in your mind, if you do not have anything productive to do in your mind, then you can try meditation. Although meditation can be done at any time of the day, but if it is done here in the morning before the sun rises then it is most beneficial or just a process in which you have to try to sit for 15 minutes with a calm mind or for 15 days. Will face a lot of problems but after that you will feel good.
