UFC285: Alexa Grasso derrota a Valentina Shevchenko [ESP-ENG]
México tiene su 3er campeón dentro de la UFC, Alexa Grasso, contra todo pronostico, consigue dar la gran sorpresa en la batalla coestelar, teniendo al frente a Valentina Shevchenko, una peleadora que es considerada una leyenda, quizás la segunda mejor peleador que ha visto la compañía en su historia, una mujer que venia dominando la división del peso mosca, venciendo y acabando contra todos sus rivales, pero, Alexa Grasso siempre estuvo convencida de que podía ganar y lo logro por la vía de la sumisión.
Antes del combate, Valentina Shevchenko, estaba sumamente favorita en las apuestas, estaba en busca de su 8va defensa por el titulo de manera consecutiva, siendo un hito sumamente importante, por lo cual, muchos dejaron a un lado a la peleadora mexicana, pensando que no tenia ninguna opción y para sorpresa de muchos se va con el cinturón a casa. Un dato importante sobre Alexa Grasso: Lleva 5 peleas en el peso mosca, todas han sido victorias, 2 de ellas por la vía de la sumisión y ahora es la nueva monarca de la categoría. Impresionante! La mejor decisión para su carrera fue cambiar de división.

Alexa Grasso, comenzó muy bien el combate, ganando el 1er asalto de gran manera, manteniendo bien la distancia con su combinación de golpes, ejerciendo un bonito boxeo, además de haber conseguido un derribo al final del asalto y sorprender a Valentina en distintos aspectos de la batalla. Luego, tenemos el 2do y 3er asaltos que los gana Valentina Shevchenko, a través de la lucha, llevando al suelo a Grasso, porque se estaba viendo superada con striking y no se sentía nada cómoda en los intercambios.
Para el 4to asalto, Valentina Shevchenko, realiza una patada con giro, movimiento que aprovecha muy bien Alexa Grasso para tomar su espalda y de ahí viene él mata león con el que consigue la sumisión. Decían que eso fue un error de Valentina, pero no, Alexa Grasso la tenía estudiada, por eso el mata león lo coloco muy rápido, ni 5 segundos pasaron y ya teníamos a Grasso montada en la espalda de Valentina.
Al día siguiente salió un video de Alexa Grasso entrenando, aquí perfectamente se vio el mismo movimiento que ejecuto en su victoria. El entrenamiento y el estudio son claves para ganar a rivales tan fuertes, tan solo un mínimo detalle puede inclinar la balanza hacia tu favor. México es el país con más campeones en la UFC, impresionante, espero que pronto hagan un evento de UFC por allá, pues se lo merecen y seguramente el público estaría contento en ver a sus atletas en vivo. ¡Felicitaciones para Alexa Grasso! Alexa Grasso, started the fight very well, winning the 1st round in a great way, keeping the distance well with her combination of punches, exercising a nice boxing, besides having achieved a knockdown at the end of the round and surprising Valentina in different aspects of the battle. Then, we have the 2nd and 3rd rounds which were won by Valentina Shevchenko, through wrestling, taking Grasso to the ground, because she was being overpowered with striking and did not feel comfortable at all in the exchanges.
For the 4th round, Valentina Shevchenko, performs a spinning kick, a move that Alexa Grasso takes advantage of very well to take her back and from there comes the lion killer with which she gets the submission. They said that it was a mistake by Valentina, but no, Alexa Grasso had studied her, that's why the lion killer was placed very fast, not even 5 seconds passed and we already had Grasso mounted on Valentina's back.
The next day a video of Alexa Grasso training came out, here you could see perfectly the same movement that she executed in her victory. Training and study are key to win against such strong opponents, just a small detail can tip the balance in your favor. Mexico is the country with more champions in the UFC, impressive, I hope they make a UFC event there soon, because they deserve it and surely the public would be happy to see their athletes live.
