Review || Bárbaros - Barbarians [ESP-ENG]
Si te gustan las historias bélicas, vas a poder encontrar un gran entretenimiento en la serie de Bárbaros, la cual nos relata una gran historia entre el imperio romano en contra de los germanios, aquí hay diferentes tribus germánicas a quienes los romanos llaman barbaros, pero aunque sean muchas no tienen el suficiente poder para imponerse ante los romanos que si cuentan con un enorme ejercito y son quienes gobiernan todo el lugar.
If you like war stories, you will be able to find great entertainment in the series Barbarians, which tells a great story between the Roman Empire against the Germanic, here there are different Germanic tribes whom the Romans call barbarians, but although there are many they do not have enough power to prevail against the Romans who do have a huge army and are the ones who rule the whole place.
La serie cuenta con 6 episodios los cuales todos me parecen que están muy bien, tienen una gran trama que nos hace querer ver el siguiente rápidamente, hay mucha tensión entre los personajes principales, ellos son Thusnelda y Folkwin quienes se encuentran en la tribu de los bárbaros, pero sin dejar a un lado a Aminius quien fue nacido en la tribu, aunque siendo muy niño el imperio romano se lo llevo y ahora se encuentra trabajando para ellos. Ya esta confirmado que saldra una nueva temporada, la primera obtuvo una gran aceptación y personalmente creo que esta muy buena.
The series has 6 episodes which all seem to me to be very good, they have a great plot that makes us want to see the next one quickly, there is a lot of tension between the main characters, they are Thusnelda and Folkwin who are in the tribe of the barbarians, but without leaving aside Aminius who was born in the tribe, although being a child the Roman Empire took him and now he is working for them. It is already confirmed that a new season will be released, the first one had a great acceptance and personally I think it is very good.
Argumento de Bárbaros - Argument of Barbarians
Los romanos llegan hacia la tribu de queruscos que esta siendo gobernada por el rey Segimer, imponiendo su poder dictan una orden que limita mucho el pueblo, la cual seria dar tributo constante a los romanos con alimentos, pero ellos cuentan con muy poco en la tribu y dejaría en mal estado a las personas que habitan en el lugar. Segimer trata de resistirse pero no puede desobedecer a las ordenes de los romanos, esto lo puede llevar a la muerte, asi que debe ceder ante sus peticiones, pero una vez los romanos se marchan, comienza un plan para atacarlos con la ayuda de muchas tribus, porque desea acabar con el adoctrinamiento y el miedo de las demás tribus hace que no proceda esa orden que desea realizar Segimer.
Aquí aparece Thusnelda que junto a Folkwin idean un plan para poder atacar a los romanos, tienen muchos años aguantando las leyes del imperio romano y están en busca de su libertad. Consiguen llevar a cabo el plan de ataque a la perfección, pero cuando el rey Varus se entera inicia inmediatamente un contra ataque hacia la tribus de los queruscos y con su gran poder logran nuevamente provocar el miedo de todos. Ya en este momento comienza la historia de los bárbaros en busca de acabar con los romanos, ya ellos no quieren seguir bajo el mandato de un imperio que tiene años azotándolos y tienen que buscar la manera de ganarle a un gran ejercito.
No hay un argumento super especial en esta serie, simplemente tenemos a los bárbaros contra los romanos, pero se desarrolla un trama muy interesante en cada episodió, porque rápidamente nos enteramos que Aminius es hijo del rey Segimer de queruscos, pero ahora esta con los romanos porque el rey Varus lo secuestro cuando era pequeño, aunque en el fondo de su corazón todavía existe un gran amor por toda su tribu y debe decidir a quien apoyar durante la batalla que se aproxima. Thusnelda es una mujer que la tribu quiere mucho, porque dicen que puede tener conversaciones con los dioses y la ven a ella como alguien con poderes, sabemos que en esos tiempos la religión con los dioses era muy fuerte y ella es una pieza fundamental para convencer a las tribus que deben pelear contra los romanos en busca de acabar con su poder.
The Romans arrive to the tribe of Queruscos that is being ruled by the king Segimer, imposing their power they dictate an order that limits a lot the people, which would be to give constant tribute to the Romans with food, but they have very little in the tribe and it would leave in bad condition the people who live in the place. Segimer tries to resist but can not disobey the orders of the Romans, this can lead to death, so he must give in to their requests, but once the Romans leave, he begins a plan to attack them with the help of many tribes, because he wants to end the indoctrination and fear of the other tribes does not proceed that order that Segimer wants to perform.
Here Thusnelda appears and together with Folkwin they devise a plan to attack the Romans, they have many years enduring the laws of the Roman Empire and are in search of their freedom. They manage to carry out the plan of attack to perfection, but when the king Varus finds out he immediately initiates a counter attack against the tribes of the Kerusks and with his great power they manage to provoke the fear of all again. Already at this point begins the story of the barbarians in search of ending the Romans, they no longer want to remain under the rule of an empire that has years whipping them and have to find a way to beat a large army.
There is no super special plot in this series, we simply have the barbarians against the Romans, but a very interesting plot develops in each episode, because we quickly learn that Aminius is the son of King Segimer of Keruscos, but now he is with the Romans because King Varus kidnapped him when he was little, although deep in his heart there is still a great love for his tribe and he must decide who to support during the battle that is approaching. Thusnelda is a woman that the tribe loves very much, because they say that she can have conversations with the gods and they see her as someone with powers, we know that in those times the religion with the gods was very strong and she is a fundamental piece to convince the tribes that they must fight against the Romans in search of ending their power.

Sinopsis de Bárbaros - Synopsis of Barbarians
El rey Varus manda a buscar la cabeza de Folkwin con su hijo Aminius, hombre que no desea ejecutar esa orden pero tiene que obedecer a su rey que teóricamente es su padre, así que embarca una misión junto a un grupo de romanos en busca de Folkwin quien logra huir rápidamente de la tribu de queruscos, mientras que Thusnelda busca la forma de convencer al rey Segimer que lo mejor es atacar contra los romanos, pero este rey no desea poner en peligro la vida de sus habitantes, aunque viviendo una vida gobernada por el imperio romano jamás van a tener una seguridad y Varus de manera inteligente decide despojar de su trono a Segimer.
El rey romano entiende que Segimer puede ser una amenaza, por lo que decide colocar de rey de queruscos a su hijo Aminius, quien luego de muchos años vuelve a su tribu a gobernar y tener el puesto que le pertenece como hijo del antiguo rey; pero de una manera que nadie quería tener, porque esta sirviendo al imperio de roma y esto solo genera que sigan teniendo aun mas poder. Aminius toda la vida estuvo enamorado de Thusnelda, también tiene gran amistad con Folkwin y este lazo de amor crea una pequeña traición hacia los romanos.
No puede seguir la orden que le dictaron de acabar con Folkwin, por su propia voluntad decide dejarlo vivir, aunque luego este gran personaje tiene un destino interesante en la evolución de esta historia y Aminius siendo rey de queruscos empieza a idear un gran plan contra el imperio que lo vio crecer. Si alguien iba comenzar un plan de ataque contra los romanos, la mejor persona para hacerlo seria Aminius, porque conoce todo sobre ello y sabrá que camino utilizar para tener una pequeña posibilidad de victoria. Las tribus juntas tienen menos de la mitad de hombres que tiene el imperio romano, todo en el papel apunta a que posiblemente no puedan ganar esta batalla, pero lo mejor para el destino de todos será enfrentar a quienes lideran sus vidas y terminar de una vez con ese gran sufrimiento.
King Varus sends for the head of Folkwin with his son Aminius, a man who does not want to execute that order but has to obey his king who is theoretically his father, so he embarks on a mission with a group of Romans in search of Folkwin who manages to flee quickly from the tribe of Kerusks, While Thusnelda looks for a way to convince King Segimer that it is best to attack against the Romans, but this king does not want to endanger the lives of its inhabitants, although living a life ruled by the Roman Empire they will never have security and Varus intelligently decides to strip Segimer of his throne.
The Roman king understands that Segimer can be a threat, so he decides to place as king of Queruscos his son Aminius, who after many years returns to his tribe to rule and have the position that belongs to him as son of the former king; but in a way that no one wanted to have, because he is serving the empire of Rome and this only generates that they continue to have even more power. Aminius all his life was in love with Thusnelda, he also has a great friendship with Folkwin and this bond of love creates a small betrayal towards the Romans.
He cannot follow the order dictated to him to finish with Folkwin, by his own will he decides to let him live, although later this great character has an interesting destiny in the evolution of this story and Aminius being king of Queruscos begins to devise a great plan against the empire that saw him grow. If someone was going to start a plan of attack against the Romans, the best person to do it would be Aminius, because he knows everything about it and he will know which way to use to have a small chance of victory. The tribes together have less than half the number of men that the Roman empire has, everything on paper points to the fact that they may not be able to win this battle, but the best thing for the fate of all will be to face those who lead their lives and end this great suffering once and for all.

Opinión Final - Final Opinion
Historia muy buena entre los tres personajes principales de la serie, lograron crear gran importancia en el desarrollo de toda la trama que tiene el conflicto de los bárbaros contra los romanos, se me hace muy difícil saber cual es mi personaje favorito por ahora, lo cierto es que entre ellos se necesitan, pero al mismo tiempo hay una situación el medio que puede causar una pequeña traición y eso es realmente interesante por todo lo que podría ocurrir. No puedo contarles mucho, sinceramente recomiendo esta serie porque es corta, son 6 episodios que puedes perfectamente ver en dos días y será un entretenimiento de alta calidad.
Las luchas que vemos son de gran producción, los efectos que encontramos son brillantes, hay mucha acción y bastante drama que te mantendrá pegado en la serie. Una critica que me gustaría realizar, seria que le falto un poco de sorpresa, tener momentos inesperados con ciertos personajes, cuando veo que sucede lo que mas probable puede pasar, hay pienso que lo mejor fuera sido lo contrario y aquí en bárbaros falto un poco de ese desenlace sorpresa que nadie espera y que personalmente a mi me encanta.
El final de esta primera temporada fue brillante, no defrauda en lo absoluto, mas bien terminas con ganas de pasar hacia la siguiente temporada inmediatamente, luego que termina el enfrentamiento vas a quedar con mucha intriga sobre que represalias van a venir, cual será la historia que sigue en todo este conflicto bélico que llevan los barbaros contra los romanos, además el pasaje final de Thusnelda es brillante, este personaje tiene mucho potencial dentro de la serie y seguro en la próxima temporada su protagonismo será mayor.
Very good story between the three main characters of the series, they managed to create great importance in the development of the whole plot that has the conflict of the barbarians against the Romans, I find it very difficult to know which is my favorite character for now, the truth is that they need each other, but at the same time there is a situation in the middle that can cause a little betrayal and that is really interesting for everything that could happen. I can't tell you much, I sincerely recommend this series because it is short, there are 6 episodes that you can perfectly watch in two days and it will be a high quality entertainment.
The fights we see are of great production, the effects we find are brilliant, there is a lot of action and enough drama that will keep you glued to the series. One criticism I would like to make, would be that it lacked a little surprise, to have unexpected moments with certain characters, when I see what is most likely to happen, I think that the best thing would be the opposite and here in Barbarians it lacked a little of that surprise outcome that no one expects and that I personally love.
The end of this first season was brilliant, it does not disappoint at all, rather you end up wanting to move on to the next season immediately, after the confrontation ends you will be very intrigued about what reprisals will come, what will be the story that follows in all this warlike conflict that the barbarians have against the Romans, also the final passage of Thusnelda is brilliant, this character has a lot of potential within the series and surely in the next season his role will be greater.

No he visto la serie, pero gracias e tu reseña estoy adentro y ya me la anoté, Todas las historias ambientad en esa época del Inperio Romano son de las mias.
Esta muy buena amigo, no te vas arrepentir de apreciarla, ademas es corta y si te atrapa puedes terminarla en un día.
A mí también me gusta mucho esas historias romanas, son emocionantes y uno aprende más o menos de como se vivía en aquellos tiempos.

Vi solo algunas escenas de esta serie con mi esposo y me pareció genial, no soy de ver muchas series en emisión porque a veces las suspenden y uno se queda 😐, pero saber que viene una segunda temporada me anima a ver como se debe la primera, la batalla final de la primera temporada estuvo genial, y ahora se han aclarado algunas de mis dudas al leer tu publicación.
Si a veces pasa eso que uno queda en el aire, pero está ya está confirmada que viene la segunda temporada, realmente está buena, no te vas aburrir y el trama te mantiene hay pegado jeje.
Ojalá las puedas ver, seguro te va gusta.
Soy fanática de las películas bélicas, no se porque, pero me gusta conocer esa parte de la historia que no pudimos vivir pero que se cuentan en muchos libros, la verdad es impresionante la calidad que pueden lograr los directores y todos los elementos que utilizan para hacerlo tan realista, por eso me encanta este tipo de producciones, son súper elaboradas en cuanto a vestuario, y escenografía, excelente tu recomendación. Hola, totalmente logran darle una enorme realidad a estas historias, espero que si puedas verla porque calidad tiene de sobra y me parece que esta todo bien hecho. Por lo entretenida que resulta ser, mas lo corta que es la serie, uno puede verla muy rápido.
