El UFC Fight Night del 25 de junio tenia como cartelera estelar dos hombres que superan el top 10, luchadores que no tienen un gran nombre a nivel de espectadores, lo cual genero algunas criticas entre los fanáticos, pensaron que no tenían la calidad suficiente para demostrar un gran show, pero sin duda alguna se equivocaron, han tenido un combate sumamente espectacular, fácilmente de los mejores del año y han confirmado su estatus de grandes promesas en la división de peso ligero.

La categoría de peso ligero tiene mucha competencia en el top 5, pero no pueden descuidarse con estos dos hombres que tienen todo para llegar a esos puestos, incluso puedo decir que tienen posibilidades de llegar hacer campeones.

Con este combate se puede apreciar que el nivel de MMA que hay en la UFC, sencillamente es superior a todas las demás compañías que existen, literalmente lo que se vivió en este combate fue un nivel extremadamente alto, tanto Tsarukyan como Gamrot demostraron lo completos que pueden ser dentro de una jaula, aquí disfrutamos de un grappling nivel elite, pero también hubo un gran enfrentamiento de striking, lo tienen todo y pueden vencer a cualquier rival que se les coloque en frente. Lo maravilloso de esta pelea es que los dos se encuentran arriba del top 10, Gamrot número 12 y Tsarukyan número 11 en la clasificación.
Seguramente Gamrot pueda escalar hacia el puesto número 10, pero lo importante es que tenemos a dos grandes promesas en la UFC, últimamente los campeones son dominantes en el suelo, imponen mucho sus batallas desde esa zona del octágono, pero aquí vimos que pueden tranquilamente luchar de pie y hacerlo muy bien. La lucha de ellos dos esta muy pareja, aunque Gamrot pudo dominar en varios asaltos la posición, lo cual le dio grandes ventajas en las tarjetas de los jueces, pero fue un toma y dame constantemente entre ambos para dominar posición en el piso.
Ninguno tenia miedo de ir al suelo contra el otro, confian plenamente en sus capacidades, fue un nivel de lucha impresionante con una técnica que esta al máximo nivel, pueden hacerle frente a todos los del top 10, por si la pelea se les complica en striking, tienen ese nivel de grappling elite que los puede hacer ganar una batalla, por eso este combate fue tan cerrado de principio a fin, porque no hubo un claro dominador, fueron asaltos compartidos donde resultaba muy difícil encontrar un ganador, la pelea estuvo muy divertida y disfrutable de principio a fin.

¿Por qué gano Gamrot? - Why did Gamrot win?
Ha sido un combate super cerrado donde los 3 jueces vieron ganar a Gamrot 48-47, aunque yo tenia ganando a Tsarukyan justamente por un punto arriba, pensé que seria el ganador de este combate, pero perfectamente podía ganar Gamrot porque lo hizo muy bien, pelea cerrada no tiene ningún robo y solo queda analizar la forma en que obtuvo la victoria.
La pelea tuvo un nivel de intensidad muy alto, a penas sonó la campana estuvieron con un ritmo impresionante, pero aguantar ese nivel durante 5 asaltos no esta nada fácil, quien pudiera resistir un poco mas y cerrar mejor los últimos round iba tener ventaja. Gamrot fue el peleador que tuvo mayor resistencia, para el tercer asalto Tsarukyan ya se notaba un poco mas cansado, pero Gamrot jamás bajo el ritmo y en el último asalto se veía totalmente fresco. Sinceramente sorprende el pulmón que tiene este hombre, eso le permitió conseguir varios derribos, ser dueño de la posición abajo y ganar el quinto round que resulta de vital importancia, mucho mas cuando el combate es tan cerrado y eso fue clave para su victoria.
Luego sin duda alguna los derribos fueron determinantes, aunque no conseguía lastimar tanto con ground and pound, si estuvo dominando la posición y los jueces por lo visto le dieron muchos puntos gracias a ello. La verdad un poco cuestionable, porque en la pelea de Valentina Shevchenko ella fue derribada muchas veces, pero como no la pudieron lastimar mucho, al final gano la pelea y en esta ocasión el resultado final fue distinto. Pero bueno igualmente Gamrot con su striking conecto buenos golpes, aunque arriba quien mejor estuvo fue Tsarukyan, pienso que conecto la mayoría de golpes significativos y sigo creyendo que debió ganar este combate con un margen muy cerrado. Mi análisis seria la buena resistencia que tuvo para cerrar los últimos rounds, luego los derribos que fueron importante para Gamrot y ahí esta para lo que le dio su victoria.

But equally Gamrot with her striking connected good punches, although upstairs who was better was Tsarukyan, I think she connected most of the significant blows and I still believe that she should have won this fight with a very close margin. El futuro es prometedor - The future is promising
Gamrot cuenta con 31 años de edad, etapa en la UFC donde los peleadores están en el pico de su carrera, mientras que Tsarukyan tiene 25 años de edad, todavía tiene mucho por seguir mejorando, pero basándome en lo que se vivió anoche con este combate, puedo decir que tienen un futuro muy grande en la categoría de peso ligero, por arriba de ellos en la clasificación se encuentran nombres que pueden vencer, tenemos a Tony Ferguson que esta casi retirado, después a Conor Mcgregor que realmente no creo pueda ganarle a estos hombres y si continuo mas arriba hay varios veteranos.
Si bien el top 5 esta sumamente fuerte, Gaethje número 3 en la tabla, Poirier número 2 en la tabla, son peleadores muy buenos de grandísimo striking, pero no tienen ni la mitad de habilidad en el suelo que tienen estos dos grandes peleadores, por eso creo que su futuro es muy grande y pueden llegar hacia lo mas alto del top. Gamrot tiene una lucha extremadamente fuerte, ese hombre en el suelo mete miedo, a parte su cardio esta en gran capacidad, sin dejar de lado que en striking lo hizo muy bien y eso es un plus a todo su repertorio.
Luego Tsarukyan para mi es un talento brillante, su striking si esta muy fuerte, puede medirse fácilmente contra Gaethje sin problemas a una pelea de pie, pero después puede derribarte y también dominarte en el suelo con su gran nivel de lucha. Su físico es realmente imponente, frente a Gamrot se veía bastante grande, solo debe mejorar un poco el cardio para que no le ocurra lo de esta batalla, se vio un poco flojo al final y eso le costo la victoria. Pero son 25 años nada mas, esta es una edad muy joven para triunfar en la UFC y Tsarukyan esta a nada de meterse en la candela contra los mejores del top.
No se como terminara el desenlace a futuro de estos dos peleadores, pero viendo su performance anoche puedo especular que tienen mucho para triunfar, parece que también cuentan con gran mentalidad competitiva, Gamrot pido a un top 5 para su próximo combate, eso esta interesante y seguramente Tsarukyan va querer un rival fuerte también luego de hacer una gran pelea. Espero que sigan mejorando, tienen un estilo muy disfrutable de observar, para quienes no pudieron ver este combate y les gusta la UFC, pues le recomiendo que lo visualicen porque no tiene desperdicio, ha sido una total guerra durante los 5 asaltos, mucha emoción y momentos brillantes que harán recordar este enfrentamiento como uno de los mejores del año.
