UFC285: Shavkat Rakhmonov es una BESTIA [ESP-ENG]
El combate de la noche en el evento de UFC285, lo protagonizaron Shavkat Rakhmonov y Geoff Neal. Estos 2 hombres nos dieron una absoluta guerra, ambos intercambiaron golpes de principio a fin, toda la pelea estuvo de pie a base de striking y resulto ser el gran atractivo de toda la cartelera. Para mi sorpresa, porque esperaba una victoria dominante y de gran facilidad para Sahvkat Rakhmonov. El Kazajo cuenta con una gran lucha, Geoff Neal es un striker, pensé que una vez lo llevaran al suelo todo terminaría, pero no fue así, Geoff Neal es un peleador muy duro y ejerció una gran defensa contra derribos.
Cometí un grave error, no debí subestimar a Geoff Neal, es un hombre muy duro, sabía que tenía gran boxeo, muy bonito, considero que es el mejor en ese apartado dentro de las 170 libras, pero como suele suceder, un luchador en la mayoría de casos se impone ante los hombres que dejan todo en striking. Con Geoff Neal no es de esa manera, nunca lo derribaron y le conecto buenos golpes a Shavkat Rakhmonov. Luego de habernos dado 2 excelentes asaltos, continuaron las bombas en el 3ro, donde cada uno estuvo a punto de caer por nocaut, sobrevivirían, hasta que Shavkat consigue una guillotina de pie y termina ganando por la vía de la sumisión.
The fight of the night at the UFC285 event was between Shavkat Rakhmonov and Geoff Neal. These 2 men gave us an absolute war, both exchanged blows from start to finish, the whole fight was standing striking and turned out to be the great attraction of the whole card. To my surprise, because I expected a dominant and easy win for Sahvkat Rakhmonov. The Kazakh has a great fight, Geoff Neal is a striker, I thought that once he was taken to the ground it would be over, but it was not, Geoff Neal is a very tough fighter and exerted a great defense against takedowns.

Los fanáticos y la prensa lo ven con gran proyección de campeón. Pero, hay que demostrarlo dentro del top, vencer a los mejores de la categoría, por lo tanto, Geoff Neal sería la prueba de fuego, Neal se encontraba número 7 en el ranking, Shavkat estaba número 10 y este combate nos iba a demostrar si está para grandes cosas. Pues, logro pasar el examen con muy buena nota, Shavkat hizo una performance muy sorprendente a mi opinión.
No me gusto que intercambio tantos golpes, porque se expuso a que también lo tocaran, me parece que puede ser más inteligente en este aspecto, aunque también nos ayuda a saber que cuenta con gran mandíbula, puede soportar grandes bombas y reponerse rápido de malos momentos. Posee un gran cardio, nunca dejo de ir hacia al frente, siendo totalmente agresivo, combinando golpes con patadas hacia la cabeza, es un luchador completo, puede ganarte en el piso y también disputar grandes guerras de pie. Se viene lo mejor para Shavkat, ganando una batalla contra algún top 5, sería el candidato para ir hacia el título, este hombre es de verdad y hay que seguirlo. ¡Excelente victoria!
Shavkat Rakhmonov, came into this fight with a huge hype, his record was 16 wins, zero losses and 16 finishes. Impressive! The fans and the press see him with great projection of champion. But, he has to prove it inside the top, beat the best in the category, therefore, Geoff Neal would be the litmus test, Neal was number 7 in the ranking, Shavkat was number 10 and this fight was going to show us if he is for great things. Well, he managed to pass the test with a very good grade, Shavkat made a very surprising performance in my opinion.
I didn't like that he exchanged so many punches, because he was exposed to be touched as well, I think he can be smarter in this aspect, although it also helps us to know that he has a great jaw, he can withstand big bombs and recover quickly from bad moments. He has great cardio, he never stopped going forward, being totally aggressive, combining punches with kicks to the head, he is a complete fighter, he can beat you on the ground and also fight great standing wars. The best is coming for Shavkat, winning a fight against a top 5, he would be the candidate to go for the title, this man is for real and you have to follow him. Excellent victory!
