You're right @jacoalberts in whatever thing we do, be it inspirational, motivational or even encouragement from someone, if we are not committed to that thing then it is bound to collapse.

If you are serious about being successful, you cannot afford to wait for someone else to cheer you on.
If that is the case, you are not committed enough yet.

I'm of the opinion that my success journey isn't supposed to be built on hoping to gain motivation or inspiration or even encouragement from someone or group of people - Though it is helpful, but without me being determined and committed to my course then all that will be in vain.
