𝙄 𝙜𝙤𝙩 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝘽𝘼𝙏 𝙉𝙚𝙬𝙨! But I will still take your BAT rewards (for now)

As you might know, I have been doing some Develish Deals.
My 𝕯𝖊𝖛𝖎𝖑𝖎𝖘𝖍 Brave BAT Deal is doing well!

I basically offer to pay 66,6% of the value people get in BAT rewards from using the Brave Browser in BitcoinCash(BCH). And people are delighted to take that as they can not move those BAT rewards due to the inability to link an Uphold or Gemini Wallet. So the only way to get some crypto for their BAT is little old me.

Because I used to be in supported regions.

Used to Be?

Yes used to be, because take a look these were the supported countries:

The list got longer, which is great. Spain, where I live is still there, perfect. But where is The Netherlands, the country of my Nationality? WTF did The Netherlands do to be removed? IDK but they are gone, I mean it´s a small country but Andorra is even smaller so they probably did not overlook it.

What does it matter?

What does it matter, as I am a Spanish resident I would fall under Spain, right? Well, that is where it gets confusing:

It seems like Brave is taking your country of Birth when you do your KYC with Uphold. I contacted Uphold already but there is little they can do as I did my KYC with my Dutch Passport.

But there is something weird going on here, because I can indeed no longer connect my Brave Rewards to Uphold:

As you can see I am unverified.

But the weird part is that it was this email I received that made me discover I am disconnected from Uphold, well sort of disconnected.

So I directly went to check on my Brave Creators dashboard:

Which looked absolutely normal and so did my Uphold account.

Well, almost normal I discovered a 43 BAT that I did not expect to be there. I mean nobody contacted me yet this month for a Develish Deal. So I thought it might have been from a secret admirer.

Unfortunately, it was someone that really still trusts the online world, as later that day I found this:

Well, not an admirer, but at least people are calling me Mr. Now this Jimmy sent me 43 BAT without warning at a point in time when I might not even have been able to monetize them. But it did mean something else as well. My YouTube page must still show as verified, otherwise, he would not be able to tip me.

And it did, contrary to what was in the Brave Email my channel was still showing as verified.

The Next Day

Now all this poo got me a bit worried. It´s not like I have been making millions from these deals but I have had many happy "customers" that were unable to monetize their BAT rewards. I made about 100 BAT in 4 months of which 30 were for free. Now atm 30*0.30 cents ain´t much, but if BAT hits 1.50 again next run I made 45 dollars swapping. And there was just another 12 BAT added to that number by Jimmy. If I can get them out of my Brave Creator Wallet. But that remains to be seen, the next payout will be on the 13th of November.

But there also was some possible good news the next day:

So now that didn´t clarify anything as my Brave rewards still do not connect to my Uphold account. But I see nothing on my Brave Creators Dashboard, my YouTube Page, and my Reddit profile show as verified. My plan is to not be waking any sleeping BATs for now, and see what happens on the 13th of November. If I still get the BAT into my Uphold account, I guess I need to start tipping myself each month. That will cost me 5% of my BAT rewards, but well I can live with that.
