How to Stay Motivated During These Times | A Guide to Successful Blogging #3

I started my sports blog Wolfgang Sport in 2017 as a way to connect my passion for American and British sports. My exposure and outreach continues to grow and I want to share and help others who are on their own blogging journeys.

What an interesting time it is for HIVE and crypto. The price of HIVE isn't what it was in late November-21 but does it really matter for us bloggers? Every day my belief in the HIVE ecosystem and Web3 grows and it seems now is an amazing time to accumulate. But we bloggers blog because we love to write...right?

For those that are looking for some extra motivation I'm here to help with some tips. I haven't missed a post all year and I intend to keep that going. It doesn't matter what you're blogging about.

Whether you're part of the Sports Talk Social tribe which is my home, or you're writing about crypto on LeoFinance, sharing your culinary delights on Foodies Bee Hive or your passion for photos at Photography Lovers, we all have a story to tell and that's excitement in itself.

HIVE experienced rapid growth in later 2021 as the ecosystem gained recognition. It seems now is a phenomenal time to accumlate.

I love PeakD and weeks ago I wrote about in my post My Roadmap to Success on Hive about the advantages of using the HIVE dApp. On your PeakD dashboard which you can find by clicking on 'TOOLS', you can view graphs which tracks your progressive author, curation and account growth goals. Account growth is fuelled by writing and curating. Motivating, right?!

One of my favourite motivators is to see the continued growth and reach my writing has.

Secondly, I love to take a look at these pie chart graphs you can see below. They help to demonstrate the communication channels I've opened up with fellow Hiveans. In my incoming and outgoing votes I can see names like @talesfrmthecrypt, @ibkdagreat, @olawalium, @cryptoandcoffee, @adhammer and @edprivat to name a few who are all members of the Sports Talk Social tribe. I'd go as far as saying we've built friendships through a common interest in our passions for sports. Heck, whenever I hear Tottenham Hotspurs, Tennessee Titans or South African rugby, I now immediately associate those things with members of the community before anything else.

Another favourite motivator is creating friendships with fellow Hiveans who share similar interests and are just genuinely good people.

The point of my post is that consistency in blogging comes with motivation and there are times that we will be down on it. We shouldn't allow the price of HIVE or crypto bring us down especially if we truly believe in its future.

Keep track of your growth. The graphs on PeakD will show your account growth climbing so long as you're blogging, which I'm sure will motivate almost anybody.

Most importantly, keep engaged with our community. This is my biggest personal motivator. The relationships that we develop helps to feed our natural human instincts and is my biggest tip for consistent motivation, and a motivation for blogging consistency.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!

I started my sports blog Wolfgang Sport in 2017 as a way to connect my passion for American and British sports. Today it's evolved into a blockchain sports blog pushing the boundaries into the crypto world and embracing Web3 technologies.

Mate dont stress, look how late I was with this reply. It does get hard I have to admit and I totally understand how busy things get. I always try to at least respond to all comments no matter how late it is. But we all have our up times and down times on the platform depending on how busy we all get
