Feral Spirit

Das Line-Up

Meine Strategie ging also auf.

Feral Spirit

This cute little cat is a common card from Splinter Life. The card costs only 3 mana and has the Sneak ability. For attacking it only has a melee attack with a power of 1, but because of its speed it will probably be one of the first to attack - nimble as cats are!

The Line-Up

For this battle I only had 13 mana costs, which means for me: Use as many monsters with low mana costs as possible! In such cases I especially like to choose the Life Splinter. In my opinion, this splinter offers many good monsters in this category. Among them is the Feral Spirit.

Summoner

As a Summoner I have chosen Mother Kala. My strategy is to use as many monsters as possible despite the low mana cost. The extra life point for each monster pays off twice.

Tank

Due to the low mana cost, I couldn't use an ultra tank like the Mycelic Infantry in this match. Therefore, my decision fell on the Pelacor Deceiver. My hope was that it would last long enough for my backline to do the rest due to its flying ability and relatively high speed.

Backline

For the backline in this match I chose the Feral Spirit, the Celestial Harpy and the Stich Leech. Along with the Stich Leech, the cat should put some decent pressure on the last one in the opponent's line. The Celestial Harpy also takes aim at more vulnerable targets. In addition, it also has the Flying ability, which means that if an opponent had the same plan, it can possibly dodge the attacks.

The fight

The opponent came up trumps with only two monsters: the Unicorn Mustang and the Khmer Princess. at first glance, I thought I was going to lose this match, as my damage would not be enough to kill the Unicorn Mustang in time. With my Feral Spirit and the Stitch Leech, I was able to take out the Khmer Princess relatively quickly. But then that still leaves 10 life from that Unicorn. But I miscalculated, my monsters were able to hold out long enough themselves and deal enough damage to topple the Unicorn. So I was able to win the match after all. So my strategy worked. Would I recommend the cat?

Yes definitely! It came standard with the old starter cards and I grew to love it there. With the new Chaos Legion starter cards, she was gone and I longed for my cat. Luckily she is very cheap to rent, which I now do permanently.
