El pasado día viernes doce, tuve el placer de poder hacer un sueño realidad, el cual es poder hablarle de Hive a un conglomerado de personas, claro que antes había hablado de Hive a otras personas más cercanas a mi y mi familia, los cuales algunos han entrado a la plataforma pero así como llegan se han ido, porque de algo muy importe estoy segura y que siempre yo digo, es que ***"Hive es para todo el mundo, pero no todo el mundo es para Hive.
Este es un pequeño proyecto que tenía desde hace algún tiempo en mente con personas de una comunidad de Santa Rita, es una iglesia de la comunidad donde crecí y es la iglesia a la que asisto, así que también quería poder llevar esta oportunidad a ellos y todo aquel que deseará acercarse.

Last Friday the twelfth, I had the pleasure of making a dream come true, which is to be able to talk about Hive to a conglomerate of people, of course I had previously spoken of Hive to other people closer to me and my family, which some have entered the platform but as they arrive they have left, because something very important I am sure and I always say, is that ***"Hive is for everyone, but not everyone is for Hive.
This is a small project that I had for some time in mind with people from a community of Santa Rita Maracay, is a church in the community where I grew up and is the church I attend, so I also wanted to bring this opportunity to them and everyone who wishes to approach.
Fueron atendidos una cantidad de 50 personas asistentes entre adolescentes y adultos, los cuales todos fueron muy motivados a escuchar y pertener a la cadena de bloques #Hive.
La charla tuvo una duración de aproximadamente 2 horas entre las cuales la primera hora se dio a conocer lo que es Hive, su ecosistema, funcionamiento, también se hablo un poco de los testigos y gobernanza de la misma.
Como Hive tiene un ecosistema tan amplio se pudo dar a conocer algunas aplicaciones básicas y más utilizadas, como.por ejemplo lo que es Hive.blog y los juegos que actualmente se encuentran en la plataforma, igualmente se tocaron algunos puntos de Leofinance y sus nuevas incorporaciones.
They were attended by a number of 50 people between teenagers and adults, which all were very motivated to listen and belong to the blockchain #Hive.
The talk lasted approximately 2 hours, the first hour of which was devoted to explaining what Hive is, its ecosystem, how it works, as well as a little bit about its witnesses and governance.
As Hive has such a wide ecosystem, some basic and most used applications were presented, such as Hive.blog and the games that are currently on the platform, as well as some points of Leofinance and its new additions.
Los asistentes quedaron totalmente complacidos por las explicaciones y por supuesto la oportunidad que se les está brindado.
Quiero decir algo muy importante y es que ninguno de los que estaban allí tenían conocimiento de lo que era una Blockchain, y mucho menos de lo que es Hive, para ellos era la primera vez que escuchaban hablar de esta cadena de bloques y para mi fue un placer poder llevar esta información de primera mano y ser multiplicador de todo lo que es Hive.
The attendees were totally pleased with the explanations and of course the opportunity they were given.
I want to say something very important and that is that none of those who were there had any knowledge of what a Blockchain was, let alone what Hive is, for them it was the first time they heard about this blockchain and for me it was a pleasure to bring this information first hand and be a multiplier of all that is Hive.
Esta es una de mis primeras charlas de captación de personas para Hive y espero seguir trayendo muchas personas más y brindarles una oportunidad para que puedan explotar su talento y creatividad dentro de la plataforma y por supuesto mucho contenido de calidad.
Ahora vendrá la parte de adiestramiento para que puedan realizar sus post con contenido de calidad.
This is one of my first talks to recruit people for Hive and I hope to continue bringing many more people and give them an opportunity to exploit their talent and creativity within the platform and of course a lot of quality content.

El tema de las criptomonedas es algo que muchos hoy en día desconocen, creo que es importante en estos momentos enseñar a la mayor cantidad de la población sobre lo que son las criptos y la Blockchain, creo que para todos los Hivers es necesario comenzar a educar sobre todo lo que hemos aprendido.
Muchas personas note que tenían desconfianza en cuanto a todo lo que tiene que ver con criptomonedas y es algo normal les explique ya que yo también entre con desconfianza, por ello es importante hablar desde nuestras experiencias, además que muchas personas han perdido dinero con los juegos NFT que salieron últimamente como el de Plants vs Undead, al hablar de los juegos ese fue uno de los temas que más les costó entender.
Para mi esto es una premisa y ahora la parte de educarlos luego de su ingreso, Agradezco a todas las personas que me ayudaron a realizar esta primera capacitación @guiltyparty @enrique89 @danielvehe @enmy esto también es parte de ustedes.

The topic of cryptocurrencies is something that many today do not know, I think it is important at this time to teach as much of the population about what are the cryptos and Blockchain, I think for all Hivers is necessary to begin to educate about everything we have learned.
Many people I noticed that they were suspicious about everything that has to do with cryptocurrencies and it is something normal I explained to them since I also entered with distrust, so it is important to speak from our experiences, plus many people have lost money with NFT games that came out lately like Plants vs Undead, when talking about the games that was one of the topics that was more difficult for them to understand.
