Selling myself on Hive

I've spent a lot of time thinking about where to start from with "selling myself" on Hive. While I consider myself to be a person of numerous talents, I hardly find the time to consider how these talents can be marketed.

For the purpose of this post, I'll be focusing on my current talents and activities that bring me and have brought me the most finance and have proven to be talents that can constantly bring me wealth.

Writing

I began writing a long time ago. I think I began to believe in this talent during my first attempt at Network Marketing and different individuals would send me products to develop ad content for them.

I never considered it a marketable skill then, however, my brother did, and that's why he made a point to get me on Hive. I'm also big on proper grammar so I tend to correct and overcorrect written content. This sort of makes me an awesome editor, sometimes.

I currently write freelance here on Hive and for pay on Fiverr (my links are at the bottom). I also write for clients outside Fiverr. I write Blockchain-related content, Fintech and Finance articles.

Speaking/Presenting

I have 2 years of experience in radio presenting and although I currently don't speak publicly often, it's a talent I've earned from once or twice. It's also a talent I'll be properly harnessing again soon.

What to look out for

Currently, on Hive, I write about finance and personal events. I consider myself a typical blogger, storyteller or creative. My content is quite straightforward most times and on very rare occasions, they can be a bit technical even for me.

Previously, I wrote weekly on the Inkwell community but due to certain activities, I've been unable to keep up with the weekly prompts.

Right now, I write mostly on Leofinance and the Hive-naija community. I also play games on Splinterlands daily and earn through card rentals. I also earn passively through Cubfinance.

That's basically all there is about me to sell on Hive, I hope to keep you entertained.

If we could bring all the bloggers on HIVE this ecosystem would thrive. But without it being marketed too much, people are getting here rather organic as compared to a blogging rush. Nevertheless, your passion is proving itself and you'll build up a great portfolio on HIVE and communities.
