At every point in time, I lookout for new exciting and easy ways to make some more money here. Ever since I learnt that through staking I could gain more from curating, I've been staking everything and the rewards have been totally worth it. I set targets and I've almost met every single one of them.

Hello Splinterlands

With the current gains in Splinterlands, I've found myself asking questions and trying to figure out ways to not only increase my daily SPS airdrop but also increase and utilize my earnings there to the fullest.

I have an attachment to my cards and I can't help but feel like this is only the tip of the iceberg. After a major sale, the value of my deck has still increased. So, selling more cards isn't an option for me.

Today, while playing around on Peakmonsters and looking at the value of some cards I hardly ever use, I decided to try out another means of earning.

Rentals

My only exposure to card rental happened to be when the game got harder. Thanks to my brother, I was able to rent some cards, increase my collecting power and get the best value off my investment.

Well, that was a long time ago and since then I've had no need to increase my collecting power. I've already been having a hard time getting my rating to meet up with my power.

So, while messing around, I selected a couple of cards and placed them up for rent. I usually keep my cards at a much cheaper rate in order to be at the top of the chart. I don't use these cards so I'll be happy getting just a little money on them every day. That's the kind of easy money I love.

The cards I placed on the market are;

Elven Cutthroat

I placed this neutral level 1 monster on the market at 0.1 DEC per day. I'll be pleased if this card gets rented. It's really one of my last choices for a battle.

Enchanted Defender

For some reason, this is on the rental market at 0.2 DEC so I just went along with the crowd. It's also one of my least favourite cards. I think I don't exactly value this level 2 monster due to the fact that most of my summoners are level 1 so I don't get to play many or any other level cards asides from level 1.

I also rented out the Gold level 4 at 12 DEC per day. This is a lot lower than what others had for rent so I guess It might be among the first to start giving me some profit.

Gelatinous Cube

I place level 4 of this card for rent at 3 DEC/day. I've never used this card in level 4 and I had no idea I even had it in level 4.

Parasitic Growth

I've never exactly liked this card. I hear it's an effective card for battle but I've never given myself the chance to use it.

Goblin Fireball

Using gold cards for battles is a lot more profitable than others. I have level 3 and I never use it. Such a shame.

Warrior of Peace

This has to be the most expensive card I have for rent. It's a Gold foil so its value is pretty dope.

Anticipating

I look forward to having some more earnings from these rentals. I find this to be such a stress-free venture it almost feels illegal.
