I remember last year when I began my Hive journey all over again and then Hive dropped pretty bad. I felt like I was jinxed. I always feel jinxed. But you know, the Hive Sugar Daddies kept me going.

I remember being told that those were the best days and I kept being reminded every day to make the best of my poverty and how I would have no regrets at the end of the year.

Well, for once I didn't let my pride and bad character get the best of me and I listened to good counsel. The reward came during the last 3 months of the year. I had more money than I could have expected.

Bear runs are a blessing.

I recently stopped talking to a guy because of how antagonistic he is towards crypto. He was awesome in many ways but the moment he called Bitcoin a scam I knew I couldn't have that sort of energy around me.

Don't get me wrong, I've had a lot of people around me talk trash about crypto. I took his personal because I thought we communicated properly last year. I told him all about Hive when things were great and he seemed to love what I do. I even told him that I expect to be poor for the first few months of the year. I mentally expected all this to happen.

The fact that he turned around to start talking trash just because things went south made me realize that he wasn't worth my time. He's smart but he had a shrewd masses behaviour.

Generally, I think noobs in crypto don't think far enough. They do not understand what volatility means and they don't think far enough. They see the bed of roses and don't think about the thorns.

Right now, the question a lot of us who survive mostly from our crypto earnings need to ask ourselves is "How the heck are we going to survive?"

I have an answer for that but I'll save it for tomorrow. Can't let you in on all my wisdom in one day.

Take advantage of what's going on. I particularly have no idea what exactly is affecting Bitcoin at the moment or if it's a combination of different bad news, but I do know that only 10 years ago Bitcoin traded for a little over $5.

If that doesn't make you feel good then I don't know what else will.
