El día de hoy les he traído para compartir Un Exquisito Ponche Crema, esta increíble receta que hemos preparado en mi familia por muchos años, hoy en día me siento muy orgullosa cuando la preparo por qué me recuerda cuando hace muchos años me la enseñó hacer mi maita (abuela) justo por estás fechas y es un recuerdo muy hermoso que tengo de ella, así que antes empezar quiero brindar por este hermoso ser que hoy me acompaña desde el cielo y de la cual me siento tan orgullosa porque todas estas deliciosas recetas decembrinas la aprendí de ella y como se dice por ahí lo que bien se aprende nunca se olvida.

Es una receta muy fácil de elaborar, los ingredientes que utilice son los siguientes.

• 1.5 litro de leche líquida.
• 12 Cada de Maicena.
• 3 Yemas de huevo.
• 10 Cada de azúcar.
• Vainilla al gusto.
• Cáscara de un limón.
• Rayadura de nuez moscada (aproximadamente una cdita).

• Lo colocamos en la cocina a fuego bajo y con mucha paciencia empezamos a remover constantemente hasta que empiece a espesar y haga burbujas, en ese momento apagamos el fuego.

• Ron la cantidad que usted prefiera.

• Colocamos el flan en la licuadora y le agregamos el licor y empezamos a licuar hasta que todo se integre.

Para mí preparación completa le agregué dos leche condensada de 395 grs y 3 tazas de ron.
