Hola gente bonita de la comunidad de Hive, qué felicidad siento de estar aquí de nuevo compartiendo contenido con ustedes, hoy les traigo una receta que a muchos le va a gustar, sin más comencemos

Hello beautiful people of the Hive community, how happy I am to be here again sharing content with you, today I bring you a recipe that many of you will like, without further ado let's begin

Ingredientes

•‌Harina de Maíz (Harina pan)
‌•El rellenó de tú preferencia
‌•Sal al gustó
‌•Aceite

Ingredients
•Corn Flour (Bread flour)
•The filling of your preference
•Salt to taste
•Oil

Preparación:

✓En un tazón agregar agua con media cucharadita de sal

Preparation:
✓In a bowl add water with half a teaspoon of salt.

✓Agregar la Harina de Maíz (Harina pan) al agua

✓Add the corn flour (bread flour) to the water.

✓Amasar hasta que se forme una masa homogénea, compacta y blanda (si hace falta más harina échele un poquito más)

✓Knead until a homogeneous, compact and soft dough is formed (if more flour is needed, add a little more).

✓En una bolsa plástica estirar una bolita de masa con las manos, hasta que te quede un círculo

✓In a plastic bag, stretch a ball of dough with your hands until you have a circle.

✓Agregar el relleno de tú preferencia, yo utilicé un guiso de salchicha y Jamón

✓Add the filling of your choice, I used a sausage and ham stew.

✓Doblar el círculo hasta quedar un semi-círculo

✓Fold the circle into a semi-circle.

✓Con un envase redondo moldear para así sacar la forma de la empanada

✓Mold with a round container to obtain the shape of the empanada.

✓En un sartén con aceite ya pre-calentado colocar la empanada a freír, esperar a que se doren por cada lado

✓In a frying pan with pre-heated oil, place the empanada to fry, wait until golden brown on each side.

✓Y listo, una cena o un desayuno sabroso, puedes acompañar tú empanada con cualquier salsa de tu preferencia

And ready, a tasty dinner or breakfast, you can accompany your empanada with any sauce of your preference.
