• 1 Coco
• 2 tazas Arroz
• Papelon
•Clavo especies
•Canela (en polvo y el palo)
Ingredients:
- 1 Coconut
- 2 cups Rice
- Papelon
- Clavicose spices
- Cinnamon (powder and stick)
Preparation:
✓Cook the rice with plenty of water and a pinch of salt.
✓Season the Papelon with plenty of cinnamon stick and cloves.
✓Grate the coconut, blend with a cup of water and strain.
✓separate the species from the Papelon
✓add the 2 cups of cooked rice to the Papelon (stir well to unite the mixture).
✓Boil for 10 minutes (stirring the mixture).
✓Add the coconut milk and stir well (without sticking to the pan).
✓Add shredded coconut before turning off
✓If a little more sweetness is desired, add sugar to taste.
