Why hive official Twitter account is still not verified?

Why hive official Twitter account is still not verified? It's have more then 34K followers, I personally want to know what it requires to get verified on Twitter? I saw many Twitter accounts are verified which even have less followers then hive
Please if someone knows how and when hive account get verified on Twitter because users trust verified accounts more then unverified accounts may be that's is one of the reasons hive have less followers growth on Twitter
