At the start of the year I set out a bunch of Goals on Hive, I then discovered that with onboarding my beautiful @clairemobey and our kids that I have a bit more to plan, goal, and blog about.

After all, seeing someone's post about how they are progressing through Hive is one thing, but finding a Progress report of a whole family seems to me like an exciting prospect.

I am an old "Steemer" from the blockchain that has a 3-year gap from 2019 to 2021, @clairemobey is a social media butterfly on FB and the kids are brand new at this... and they are kids of various ages.

It is kind of a neat experiment to see how well all of us will grow and it will also ensure that everyone is active... and just a little bit competitive. At least it will mean that nobody is idle.

I would like to expand on these to a number of other bits of information but for now, I will have to keep it brief as I am running out of time today.

One thing that I have learned (or more like re-learned) is to stop procrastinating!

Wow nice to see the whole family arrive on Hive, keep motivating and look forward to seeing the progress. Don't be surprised if children take to this like ducks in water!

So @aimeludick and @merenludick have both done their introductions. Matthew now also wants to join in. This is going to do wonders for their schoolwork and progress too!

Yes, the learning potential on this goes beyond what they do on Hive. I am extremely excited to see what this new year brings. I can just imagine what the family's progress will look like once we all get started.

I could probably write a post about that! I think that I will wait until I have at least a month's worth of progress before I do.

Competition, diligent hard work, connecting and engaging with people. That's just a start.
