Enter the amount you want to convert shown in red color.
Transfer it by using Hive keychain or Hivesigner.
You can check polygon wallet.

You can transfer them back in to native Hive based SPS by clicking "OR TRANSFER THEM BACK" shown in blue in second image.

Enter Hive username and the amount you want to send back and transfer the transaction through Hive Keychain or Hivesigner.
