I have mixed emotions when I see a 5% IPA. On one hand, it is bound to be a little light for my taste and tends to come across as watery. On the other hand, you occasionally find a fantastic lighter IPA that tastes like 7% in the hops side of things but 5 of them won't put you on your ass.

Looks good and here is one of my regional lighter favourites at only 4.8%!

It's bitter but I don't feel lightness nor watery (70 IBU), I feel refreshment :)
