Organizando mis actividades en Hive a través de una agenda muy especial.

Hay cosas que inspiran nuestra vida, de esas pasiones que me mueven dia a dia está el crear contenido para esta blockchain, cada día me levanto pensando que voy a compartir y son tantas comunidades que me gustan que hay momentos que siento que no tengo tiempo para crear en todas.

Hace una semana durante el evento de Hive Creator Day se quedaron en mi hogar algunos hivers maravillosos, entre ellos @arlettemsalase , quien antes de irse me regaló una libreta.

Sentí que era el mismo universo mandándome un mensaje en cuánto a mi organización, llevo en un cuaderno anotaciones de lo que me gustaría hacer, pero lo venía haciendo de una forma muy desorganizada, así que decidí crearme una agenda para llevar más ordenado mis proyectos de creación de contenido dentro de HIVE.

Cómo quedaron algunos stikers del evento decidi usarlos para la decoración de mi libreta.

Vamos a contarles cómo fue el proceso:

Lo primero que hice fue decorar la portada de mi agenda, sé que hay muchas formas digitales de organizar el tiempo, diversas app, pero siempre prefiero tener una agenda física, entonces, como les venía diciendo, utilizando algunos stikers que quedaron del evento decoré la portada cómo lo ven en la fotografía principal.

Luego en la primera hoja coloqué un stiker de Hive y un pensamiento que me gusta mucho de un poeta y cantautor llamado Facundo Cabral:

" Haz sólo lo que amas y serás felíz, y el que hace lo que ama, está benditamente condenado al éxito, que llegará cuando deba llegar, porque lo que debe ser será; y llegará naturalmente. No hagas nada por obligación ni por compromiso, sino por amor (...)."

Esta frase me recuerda cada vez que la leo que debo hacer en mi vida aquello que realmente amo y me gusta, nada más importante para la creación de contenido en Hive, donde buscamos dar lo mejor y eso siempre estará ligado a hacer eso que te llena de felicidad, también para recordarme que no debo sentir a Hive como una obligación, ni como un trabajo, sino un lugar para compartir lo mejor de mí, y lo demás llegará por añadidura.

Paso 2

Lo segundo que hice fue dividir la libreta en varios segmentos, usando algunos stikers para diferenciarlos, el primer segmento es el lugar donde colocaré mis claves más importantes, esto por seguridad ya que uno nunca sabe cuando un dispositivo electrónico puede dañarse y pierdes todo. Así que usando los métodos de los abuelos guardaré algunas claves aquí.

Paso 3

Luego diseñé la sección más grande, donde estaría la planificación por meses y semanas, en la primera hoja de esta sección coloqué mis comunidades favoritas y así poder verlas para cuando quiera publicar, las coloqué por orden alfabético, no por orden de preferencia.

Esto me permitirá tener a la mano los nombres de esas comunidades y poder crear contenido aún si no estoy en mi ordenador.

Paso 4

Realizar la planificación por meses y semanas comenzando por Julio, así podré evaluar cómo me va en esta mitad del año usando mi planificación, además dentro de cada mes usaré varias hojas para detallar las actividades de forma semanal. Es posible que en este calendario agregue alguna otra actividad distinta personal que deba realizar, ya que se trata de organizar mi creación de contenido pero esto va ligado a mi día a día.

Paso 5

Los siguientes segmentos son de mis otros nichos específicos, en este caso la planeación de los temas a publicar en el Proyecto Sex Educaction in Hive y las entrevistas que se realizan allí.

Paso 6

También dediqué un segmento a las entrevistas de @beehibee , que puedes verlas en su perfil . Allí colocaré las fechas y Hivers que serán entrevistados.

Paso 7

No menos importantes, dediqué un segmento a mis juegos favoritos de Hive, allí escribiré datos, estrategias que aprenda, mis avances entre otros.

Organizar nuestras ideas, procesos creativos, colocarles una fecha ayuda mucho a que podamos disfrutar de lo que hacemos, ya que esto nos proporciona un orden y permite accesar a nuestro tiempo de una manera más planificada.

En mi caso espero que a partir de este mes de Julio que es cuando comenzaré a usar esta nueva agenda mis actividades en HIVE sean más fluida y me permitan tener un tiempo para realizar otras cosas que deseo.

Crear para mi blog de Hive es una pasión que engloba muchas pasiones, pues aquí puedo mostrar todas esas cosas que me gusta hacer, mis talentos, mis ideas, mis emociones y muchas cosas más, pero hay que hacerlo bien y eso implica tener un orden, aunque soy bastante espontánea y emocional a la hora de crear, ya que las musas llegan sin pedir permiso, en este caso es dar una ayuda al proceso creativo a ser más organizado.

The first thing I did was to decorate the cover of my agenda, I know there are many digital ways to organize time, different apps, but I always prefer to have a physical agenda, so, as I was saying, using some stikers that were left from the event I decorated the cover as you can see in the main picture.

Then on the first page I placed a Hive sticker and a thought that I like a lot from a poet and singer-songwriter called Facundo Cabral:

This phrase reminds me every time I read it that I must do in my life what I really love and like, nothing more important for the creation of content in Hive, where we seek to give the best and that will always be linked to do that which fills you with happiness, also to remind me that I should not feel Hive as an obligation, nor as a job, but a place to share the best of me, and the rest will come in addition.

Step 2

The second thing I did was to divide the notebook in several segments, using some stikers to differentiate them, the first segment is the place where I will put my most important passwords, this for security as you never know when an electronic device can get damaged and you lose everything. So using grandparents methods I will keep some passwords here.

Step 3

Then I designed the biggest section, where the planning by months and weeks would be, in the first sheet of this section I put my favorite communities so I can see them when I want to publish. I placed them in alphabetical order, not in order of preference.

This will allow me to have the names of those communities at hand and be able to create content even if I am not at my computer.

Step 4

Perform the planning by months and weeks starting with July, so I can evaluate how I am doing in this half of the year using my planning, also within each month I will use several sheets to detail the activities on a weekly basis. It is possible that in this calendar I will add some other different personal activity that I need to do, since it is about organizing my content creation but this is linked to my day to day.

Step 5

The next segments are from my other specific niches, in this case planning the topics to post on the Sex Educaction in Hive Project and the interviews there.

Step 6

I also dedicated a segment to @beehibee's interviews, which you can see in her profile. There I will post the dates and Hivers that will be interviewed.

Step 7

Not less important, I dedicated a segment to my favorite Hive games, there I will write data, strategies I learn, my progress among others.

Organizing our ideas, creative processes, putting a date on them helps us a lot to enjoy what we do, since this gives us an order and allows us to access our time in a more planned way.

In my case I hope that from this month of July, when I will start using this new agenda, my activities will be more fluid and will allow me to have time to do other things I want to do.

Creating for my Hive blog is a passion that encompasses many passions, because here I can show all those things I like to do, my talents, my ideas, my emotions and many more things, but you have to do it well and that means having an order, although I am quite spontaneous and emocinal when creating, as the muses come without asking permission, in this case is to give a help to the creative process to be more organized.
