My Actifit Report Card: October 28 2019

I have been active yesterday but I don't have my phone with me all the time. When the phone is with me, the app won't work properly. I wonder when will the app issue would be fixed. It is under aggressive, but it is not working well. I have to open it in order to work.

Anyway, I managed to earn more than 1,200 steps yesterday. Not that much, but at least reach 1,000 which is the required one to post. I played basketball, biking when visited my sister's house, did my chores, and other activities.

I am not expecting to reach the 5000 goal today, but I am aiming for it.
