My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2019

Having problems with my internet the last couple of days so I missed a couple of uploads. But I'm back on track and ready to go.

No pics today, I did most of my walking helping my sister move, so I got a good weight lifting workout too.

On a high note the Buffalo Bills ended their preseason with a perfect record 4-0 wins, the first time in franchise history.

Hi @edkarnie ,ha ha ha I will tell your sister that you are making fun of her, maybe she is not so heavy, maybe you are too weak to carry her, it sounds better that way ha ha ha ha.

haha me too, today I did so much physical activity doing housework
Very tired and no time to post.

Yes, there is always tomorrow. My muscles were so sore from moving yesterday that i forgot to take my phone with me for my walk this morning. Now i have to make up the steps tonight.
