My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2019
Hello Everybody,
Good day and welcome to my fitness report. Glad to be here and thanks once again for joining me today for another fitness report. I hope everyone’s doing well.
As for me, well, today was definitely a funday overall, so let give you a rundown how things went with my stepping today.
It all started this morning and doing some warmup exercises and calisthenics in the living room and at the same watching the news on TV.
And as soon as I was finished with my exercises I went walking for some time around the neighborhood. It was another nippy day but seeing all the beautiful colors of the trees everywhere was really exciting and at the same time refreshing.
And before long I was heading home and later left to go to the downtown for breakfast at The Harvester.
Come afternoon I drove and headed off to the downtown again for a leisure walk. And for dinner time I went to the Ram in Ruston Way and had dinner there. It was delightfully delicious.
After dinner, I went shopping and returned home and calling it a day.
