My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2019
Hello everybody,
Good afternoon and welcome to my fitness fitness. Happy to be here and thanks once again for joining me. I hope all’s well and that you are having a great start with your wonderful stepping activity today.
As for me, well, I had a wonderful time with my stepping and it all began doing some warmup exercises early this morning.
And as soon as I was finished with my exercises I went out walking around the neighborhood and it was a bit foggy and chilly but I had my coat and gloves on to keep me warm.
During this walk I saw this beautiful rose flower similar to the one I saw last week.
Then I saw this, but I don’t know what it is or what it’s called, but i found it to be interesting somewhat.
I got home just before ten o’clock and just rested in the couch then later went to the kitchen and fixed myself a bowl of cereal.
Come afternoon, I went shopping. And in the parking lot I saw this blackbird on top of this sign-post.
And a few hours after that I went to the nature trail park and did a few rounds there and now trying to craft this report for submission.
And that is all for today and how my day went with my stepping activity.
