... and reminded me that good sleep is important. It plays a role in mood regulation, memory consolidation and even things like maintaining a healthy weight. We all spend a lot of time looking at screens these days but we should stop for about an hour before bed so that our brains can produce the hormone needed for a sound sleep ( it is activated by low light and staring at the bright light of a device will interfere with this). Doing well in business has to be the whole package - attending to our work but also looking after our body and our mind. Good sleep helps to keep our minds on the ball so we can find innovative and effective ways forward in our enterprises.

So true! I like to use the night mode on my Chromebook and the night light is usually always on, it helps a lot for my eyes to not get so tired.

Apparently I do it a fair bit lool, and my partner loves to take snapshots to pull out and show me. thats what happens when its early morning and late nights, and unlike some, I have no kidlets to blame :)
