Teamwork is an undervalued and often underrated asset in business. one thing I would add is that good teams encourage open frank communication that sometimes can get a little heated. That's a good thing so long as once the air is cleared everyone agrees on the next course of action

We don't have to go too far from our Hive to experience the advantages of teamwork... We have some great communities here, with awesome people inside them... Leaders are slowly forming and communities are growing each day...

The CTP Swarm is a great example of how one community can be supportive and help others to integrate faster and start to work as one!

you are totally right! With a team pretty much everything can be easier and faster. If everyone has different strong talents and they are all put together towards a goal magic can happen.
