So last week @detlev invited me so who am I to let this one pass.
A true hiver needs !BEER after all.
I still don't drink but we have beer in the fridge for guests.
I present to you the Appenzeller beer.
- A faumes beer made in a speciffic region of switzerland - Appenzell.
- They brew a lot of diffrend special beers.
- I love the one they make with marijuanaplants, the taste is just so nice.
- this one is a special honey beer. 👇
Today I am making osso buca with honey beer!
Here a little clip of the kitchen madness.
It was verry tasty, served with mashed potatos instead of polenta as side dish.

But I use manual voting here and there so the votes do not go out for a few days sometimes.
This is a issue I have no sollution for now as I want to manualy curate here and there, and have the autovotes consistant.
How do you set youre autovotes up, if any?

Yeah, I set mine to 90% threshold. I don't give 100% autovote because it would drain my power. I vote in categories.. The highest vote i give is 65% and it depends on our favourite the author is to me. While many is set to 25%, 35% and 40%.
50% remove 1% of your voting power, 65% remove 1.3%, 40% is 0.4..100% will remove 2% of your voting power.
Voting 100% would drain the power quickly to 95%, so it would be hard for it to go round.
For my manual voting, I set some authors as favourite authors on peakd so I can easily see their post on favourite authors feed then curate posts with low rewards manually.
While most of my manual voting goes to supporting contents in my community.
