Taking Action!
You have bought some STEEM coins and staked them... Also, you have found the right tribe that suits your needs and it's a perfect fit for your business and it's all about what you love and like... Maybe you have also bought some of those tokens and staked them too, or maybe not...
What now? You would like to earn some crypto with your staked coins/tokens? No problem, by doing nothing, you will get some STEEM, but that is not worthy of mention...
How can you earn more?
By TAKING ACTION!
STEEM blockchain is different than other ones out there... It requires an action from the user to generate wealth... And, it's not so difficult to do... and anybody can do it... You just have to C&C... Create and Curate...
This evening I was reading a great blog written by @khaleelkazi about how to be a successful author on Steem and it made me think about creating content... As he stated in the post, to create content on Steem you don't have to be a professional writer, the post doesn't have to Pulitzer winner... You just have to make an effort and write about your passion, about what you like.
On the other side, I would like to state another one important thing regarding creating on Steem... Not only by writing posts you can earn money here, but also with commenting stuff here... If you are not ready to dive into writing posts, start with commenting others' posts... Add your valuable thoughts on someone's topic, open a discussion, exchange experiences...
I guarantee you that by commenting you will earn some friends and followers here... If your content brings value to the post it will be upvoted by someone and you will earn coins/tokens, just like any other author does with creating regular posts... I upvote every comment with my #CTP curator account and you can always count that you will get some of those sweet tokens... :)
If you click on someone's profile and look under his name, you will see a number of posts... That number is not just a number of written posts, that is a sum of posts and comments together... Sometimes a comment can be more valuable than the article, so don't be afraid to comment.
So, if you are still insecure and ready to write, start with commenting... Until you get some self-esteem, you will already have a nice base of friends and followers which will be glad that they can upvote your post when you start to write them...
Step by step, action by action and you will get there...

It will happen. It takes consistency and time.
Just keep plugging along with good content and people will find you...especially with the different tribes.

Don't worry about that... Just be persistent as you are with your everyday writing... Maybe you can do something special once a week? Start some of your unique series of posts... For example, @jongolson has The Road To 3000 CTP or Crypto Mondays... I'm trying to form School of Steem, Word of a Day...
Something like that.. unique to you... It may help you to grow...

I spend a lot of time in LEO like many others, and I use all my upvotes each day.
You hit the nail on the head...just keep posting consistently and strive to write as well as one can. None of us are creating epic works here.
Simply pass along the message and information you want to convey.
That is what is most important.

Thank you for your advice, I will take it into account. What happens is that what I earn I withdraw because it is what helps me to give my daughter and I eat. I am from Venezuela the location here is strong.
That is the best advice all day @ph1102, by taking action and writing, commenting and curating we create value and get paid for it, and it's really nice to see the CTPtalk tribe getting a lot more quality content, it's awesome.

Thanks @ph1102, yeah action is always the answer, unless you're in a hole and need to stop digging, but what we need to do is climb, and by the way getting paid is just a bonus even though it's really nice, the real money is in affiliate commissions in CTP and the tools they recommend.
I agree, commenting is a great way to start on Steem. Its kind of like just talking with a good friend. I write on Steem as if I was talking about my favorite topics and let other steemians do the rest. It can be really fun... even just posting your own images or art is fun too!
That's right! In the end, we are here to help each other on our journey, so commenting is cool stuff to do! And it is super easy... ;)
