怎樣吃自助餐最化算?

今天晚上與太太傾談「怎樣吃自助餐最化算?」
太太喜歡吃海鮮，故此當到自助餐時也是以海鮮為主。而我對貝殼類食物敏感又不喜歡吃魚，故此少吃海鮮類食物。但又怎樣兩全其美而感到化算，感到「抵!!!」
我跟太太說，雖然我不吃海鮮，吃肉類為多，但是卻也可以令自己感到抵。有時吃自助餐，不一定要瘋狂地吃，因為吃自助餐是一種享受，故此，輕輕鬆鬆地吃，沒壓力地吃。這樣才開心。
我用的方式很簡單，其實是「數學方式」 :
。現時我們吃一餐自助餐，大約是170元
。每次吃自助餐，一般是 2.5小時
。2.5小時內，大約出入 10次
。所以170元 / 10次 = 17元
結論是，只要每一次出去取餐時，感到所取的食物越過 17元，便已經賺 了。
這樣吃也吃得輕鬆，也不用瘋狂吃，吃得太多 及 過火。吃得過了火，吃自助餐便不開心了。
15-17元一次 / 一碟的判斷，這是十分十分容易的判斷。您也可以用這樣的想法來吃自助餐，判斷是否化筫也來得簡簡單單。
