[30-Day Thankful Challenge] Day # 1: What Memory Are You Grateful for?

Day 1: What memory are you grateful for?
This may sound cliche, but I am thankful for all the good memories in my life. Perhaps it's because I choose to only remember the good ones. As for the sad ones, the heartbreaking ones, and the ones that brought the greatest pain, I choose to forget the pain but remember the lessons learned. There really is no use dwelling in the past. I believe in moving forward all the time. They say life is short, so why spend it being stuck in the past? You can no longer change what has happened, but you can always choose to change the way you react to it.
I believe in spreading good vibes wherever I go. Although I may not always show it, I make it a point that my perspective in life is always positive.
I remember some time around twenty years ago, my one goal in life was to be happy. Now looking back, I know that I've come this far, and I'm glad to be where I am at present time. Life is good, and I know it can be better. I'm thankful.
