I found you due to the mention below - using Ginabot is a good way to keep tabs on who's talking about you, and it generally leads to a comment.
Communities are a good place to start to grow engagement on your posts, and doing plenty of commentating on the posts of others will help. It takes time though, and votes are usually prioritised, cause money.

I have found some great posts and am very excited at the thought of some great discussion
There is a lot to take in when you start out for sure. Plenty of time though too :)
