Keep your passkeys safe.
You know those hard to remember keys you get when you create an account on Hive
How do you store them?
Do you store them on your computer?
Easy access just copy and paste right, but what happens You need to have a copy stored securely outside of your computer. You might think well I just print them on a piece of paper and store them in my house somewhere, that is well and good until the day your house gets robbed or burns down. What should I do then you might ask. Have a nice day Have you seen my last post:

if you get a computer hard-crash, as in you don’t get access to your operating system.
The only way is to restore a backup or in worst case reinstall the system.
What happens if you are unlucky and get one of those ransomware viruses
encrypting all your files demanding a ransom to unlock them.
You are not guaranteed that they will be unlocked even if you pay.
What if you get a hard-disk crash or your solid state drive malfunctions?
You might think ok, then I just save them in some kind of cloud service.
Well that is well and good until the cloud service have a malfunction, gets hacked
or shuts down.

I suggest storing it in a safety deposit box somewhere or at least in a fireproof safe,
so you will have access to it even if the worst should happen.
And God bless
A little wisdom.
Thank you for sharing. Really something to think about, especially over time as the value of the account increases. In addition to be sure to have a backup of the codes, its also important to make sure that the keys does not fall in the hands of someone else, so regularly changes these codes.
Might be something to consider yes.

Good points on storing your keys, I have them in a few different places but later when my account gets to be worth a lot of money will possibly look into a safety deposit box.
