I Have Now Completed Day 6 of the 3 Steps No Excuses 30 Day Challenge!

Today in the challenge we learned the worth and value of podcasting in today's online marketing world. A real cool fun fact is that 45% of podcast listeners make 250 thousand or more. An even higher 69% of listeners found the ads they heard during the podcast attractive.

The next thing we read was how important it is when sending emails on ListNerds, to build your brand and build your list. Everything you are doing should be linked to these two actions. I made some more adjustments to my emails and made sure I put myself first to take action.

After that we read about starting something new. That could be business, a podcast, a new social media platform, or even a diet or workout plan. I went on a diet today that I was supposed to start days ago. I feel much better today than I did before because the only sugar I consumed was natural sugar.
