Are you Masterminding Your Business?

It doesn't matter what type of business your running or whether it is online or offline it is important to be masterminding.

Even if you are an affiliate grouping and sharing ideas will make you better at what you do.

It is also good because then you don't feel like everything is solely on your shoulders so working alongside people that align with your mindset and vision then sharing what works, also what doesn't work is important.

See me, Ed Mayer and Chad Cook are building our own teams but we are also all part of a much bigger picture it is important as a leader in your business to take what you have learned share it with other leaders and to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Sometimes people don't like to say openly they do not understand something and sometimes it is just important to make sure what you teach others within an organization aligns so there is no confusion.

Masterminding is great for that and should be something everyone implements and this does not have to be within your own organization either, my mentor Robert Hollis will often teach us things that had nothing to do with anyone in our organization it is just because it was super valuable.

Just the same way my company leaders will often hire speakers like Bob Proctor, Ray Higdon and many others to teach us every Tuesday.
