My Brain hurts this morning...

Morning my fellow CTP Talkers & Steemians,

I am out of bed early for a Sunday morning. I should be here writing about Click Track Profit, CTP Talk, Steem. How I get motivated, maybe motive you. But this damn COVID-19 got my brain hurting. Thinking about it too much. I wish I was like some people and could just ignore it. Shut off the TV, shut off the social feeds. But I am not one of those people. I believe I have somewhat of an addictive personality. I have always been like that. Maybe that is why I can blog everyday. lol

Anyway, I have hinted at it in the past, some of my long time CTP friends already know. But the reason I worry so much above COVID-19, especially now that it has reached Newfoundland, is my wife. She, by some miracle, is closing in on fighting cancer for 6 years. She is putting up one hell of a fight. Started in her bowel, moved to her liver and now in her lungs. 55 chemos later and still going. Nothing easy about it but she is fighting. She is surpassing all survival rates. Her medical team is amazed by her. But that also means her immune and repository systems are compromised. So I hope you understand why I am consumed by COVID-19 personally.

I know many people reading this have similar issues with themselves or loved ones and my heart goes out to each and every one of you. So bare with me if I give a lengthy report on COVID-19 this morning.

This is where I get most of my stats just for your info.

I find this graph very worrisome and unreal. It is unreal how this is jumping into high gear. I hope beyond hope that we are peeking. But I don't have a good feeling about.

Newfoundland and Labrador has its first presumptive case of COVID-19, the province's chief medical officer of health Dr. Janice Fitzgerald announced Saturday evening.

"This is one case … there is not a cause for alarm at this point."

Sorry but that statement makes me laugh. How many times in other countries have I read that at the begging of a countries outbreak. The hard part about living in a democracy is the government struggling with when to limit peoples civil liberties. I said over a week ago "lock the island down" food and fuel only onto our island.

So here we are, in a new world. A world full of worry. Countries locking down fully. Every one following the same pattern and getting the same results. Not good ones.

There are a lot of good human stories coming out of this also. If you need good news dealing with how human nature is kicking in on the good side please go look for it :) I am not all doom and gloom. As @ph1102 and anyone else that read and watched my vblog yesterday. I still have sense of humour in tact! :)

I could go on and on but I will jump to the markets.

As is usual on the weekend not much 24 hour trading to report. Trading prices still good in my books :)

Steem: $0.135834 USD (4.23%) 0.00002582 BTC (6.30%) Still going strong despite Bitcoin and world turmoil.

Tron: $0.010005 USD (-1.23%) 0.00000189 BTC (1.11%)

Bitcoin: $5,259.45 USD (-1.96%)

My advice today. Find something positive to do. Work your online business, join me on Click Track Profit. Do a blog post or vblog. What ever.

Or, if you have loved ones, just take a time out, hug and kiss them and spend some quality time together.

Hello Friend, @bradleyarrow

I fully understand your concern. My only brother is in a similar situation and I am concerned that this virus affects him, as he is more vulnerable than the others.

Let us hope that the measures that the governments of all countries are taking are effective.

It is useless to despair, that is worse, because it clouds our thinking.

This is a real concern for people like your wife. You are not being obsessive or overly worried. Sending good thoughts to you and your wife.
