Day 2 # 2020 Vision... I Got The Horses In The Back....ba da da da dum....

So today's #2020 Vision powered by @pixiepost was a little different than my original plan.  Instead of being inside at the rescue today we spent some time out on the ranch.  It's called Hoofbeats for Hearts. It is a rescue as well, but it centers on farm and barn animals.  It is even housing a camel right now!  Each of the horses that have been brought here have been neglected, abused or abandoned.  The owner trains these horses to be companion riders to children and adults with developmental disabilities or other physical impairments such as stroke or Parkinson's.  

That is my daughter completing her 4 push ups on the back of Grace, a sweet, young mare.

Yep! This place is great, horses in the winter and fall, swimming therapy i the warmer months. A great place to let kids be kids instead of stuck in a clinic doing physical therapy. Fantastic place.
