When you decide to use the internet to put yourself in a position to earn an income online and you go by way of affiliate marketing, downline building, list building, etc.; it can be a mind bender, if you do not approach things with some or A LOT of realistic expectations.

Practicality is very important, not over-complicating things and realizing right off the bat; that making a sustainable income online as soon as you begin will probably not happen.

Guidance, reliable systems, support can help you earn an income sooner than later; but again not enough early on to quit your 9 to 5.

That's why, when I began celebrating the small victories; I realized how much less stress I have over my affiliate marketing endeavors; that when I look at one of my inboxes the last 5 days - it tells me I'm ok. My efforts are showing.

I'm ecstatic that the CLICK.TRACK.PROFIT and The HIVE Guide referrals are coming in. I'm still early on recruiting for those sites, but confident that the path is there for a lot more.

I attribute this mindset to the very simple to read free report: One Signup A Day, which is a re-brandable report that is part of an advertising and marketing system I still use; which is very popular.

The other one is 1PlusSuccess, which is probably a more important resource; because it focuses on habits, mindset and it takes the sign-up a day approach at a more personal transformational level in a simple way. No over your head mumbo jumbo.

Where things get more challenging is getting some of those folks TO TAKE ACTION, be consistent, dedicated and know that if you follow some simple steps that absolutely will test your will - positive things will happen and one sign-up a day, turns into 2, turns into 4, turns into 8...
