Day 7 - I Am Alive Challenge

So, I am having to play ketchup (bad joke...) I had a really busy day and could not find time to post, so this one is a little later.

Even though I was busy, still had a good day.

I've been wanting to start life coaching and I had a "goal setting" group at the psychiatric hospital where I work.

I was able to practice some coaching techniques I am learning and the patients really enjoyed the exercises, so I am very happy.

I basically got to have a mini-coaching session with the patients in the group.

So it was a long day, as I was making up hours, but it was a very good day.
