The Real Power Of CTP Token

I woke up early this morning to a flood of activity within the CTP Tribe Discord...

Apparently the CTP Token got reviewed :)

There was a post written by @metzli that went over the tribe as well as the CTP token itself. And I was very excited to read the piece...

The post went over all the great aspects of the community but there was a glaring issue that came up in the post, as well as in a few comments...

No one knew what the product / use case was for CTP Token.

Holy kick to the gut.

Let's just say my ego was bruised LOL

One of the first things we decided to have in the CTP Token was massive use case. In fact, it's the whole reason why CTP Token exists...We had this crazy dream to create a token and payment service that affiliate marketing and online entrepreneurs could use to get out of the back pocket of sites like PayPal.

So we built the idea like this...

The biggest issue facing affiliate marketers is the need for a good content marketing strategy. So it's told in circles around the net, go build a blog, go to YouTube, post on social media...And if you do this enough (and spend a small fortune in the process) you may get subscribers and traction...

This just wouldn't cut it for our members.

Most of that advice is designed to sell you some kind of 'social media experts' e-course for $197...

It had to be something the every day person could use and prosper with...

We wanted a strategy in place for them that they could earn while learning the ropes.

We needed the ability for them to plug into a thriving community that would support them as they began their content creation journey.

The perfect solution was Hive and a second layer which became the CTP Token / CTPtalk.com

They could learn at their own pace WHILE being rewarded and supported by the community.

But there was still the issue of PayPal and these payment processors that made it next to impossible for online businesses to make money in this industry...

Fire-Pay was born!

And it worked like this....

  1. New marketers would be able to start building their brand and content portfolio using the CTPtalk.com front end (or any Hive based front end)
  2. Not only were they rewarded in HIVE tokens, but the CTP Token as well. All while being taught about how the blockchain worked to encourage them to curate more, power up more and engage more with the Hive community.
  3. Fire-Pay was integrated in dozens upon dozens of websites, by owners looking to get into more crypto currency options!
  4. These new marketers could now exchange their CTP Tokens for products and services at the growing list of businesses and websites that had Fire-Pay integrated.

And it's been working!

We've combined the ClickTrackProfit.com training to include the StartEarning.Today funnel that encourages marketers to change the mindset surrounding crypto.

They are learning how to leverage it, while discovering all the power and potential of the Hive blockchain and CTP Tribe!

Hey I'm not trying to make any excuses...

We're not technical experts, so a lot of what we are doing we're learning as we go. But what we do focus on is people...

That's the strength and power of the CTP Token and why you see so much of it powered up! Our CTP family believes in this project and each other.

We've knowns some of the people in our tribe for over a decade, so when we say we're a family...We aren't just using a buzz word here!

We'll get better at building the front end of CTPtalk!

We will be better at explaining and documenting Fire-Pay!

And we'll be sure to showcase the amazing merchants that use Fire-Pay each and every day to build their online businesses!

Our biggest problem is that we focused so much at introducing the affiliate marketers to the blockchain, we forgot to introduce the blockchain to our version of affiliate marketing :)

We will get better!

This is a fantastic post, Jon! It's written perfectly and you do a wonderful job explaining it.

Ego's get bruised. Then they heal. And knowing you guys, you'll only become stronger. Like we said earlier, if anything it's good to have an outside perspective come in and point out the gaps. It's the only way to get better!

CTP token has real use case. The trick is just getting everyone else to see it and posts like this, conversations like the ones that were had today, that's how it's done.

Great post Jon and a great opportunity to really promote the use case for CTP Tokens

I for one as a business owner, went through quite a lull when paypal decided to steal my funds and prevent my sites from doing business with them.

Since the demise of Paypal and other payment processors not being an option for many people all over the world, it was struggle, but I kept my business afloat for 12 months on earning received prior to that.

Jumping into the crypto market and accepting crypto payments was a great boost to my business, that's is sales and purchases, however was still tricky getting coin payment options etc happening and some people just could not get their heads around it.

Hive and subsequently CTP Talk came along , and the Fire-Pay -
Fire Pay allowed us as business owners to have an integrated system to accept payments and make payments using coin payments and as an added bonus, CTP Tokens.

Now this became a fantastic opportunity because as members of CTP talk, we are earning CTP Tokens just for taking part in the community, engaging everyday and connecting with people.

Just for writing blog posts, commenting on Blog Posts and Liking Blog posts we are earning CTP Tokens, and we can use those Tokens to increase our Business budgets because through Fire-Pay we can directly make purchases and sales using CTP Tokens.
This became a big bonus for all Internet Marketers, Business owners Online and Offline, because now all they have to do is write blog posts and they increase their business budget without having to outlay a single cent.

Every business needs advertising, every business needs promoting, every business needs customers, every business needs engagement.

What better way to do it than to promote your profile by being ever present and increase your business capacity.

As a business owner that wants to promote and wants to make sales. This opportunity has been an absolute Boon, and I for one will always herald new opportunities to engage and create greater networks as a way of connecting and engaging.

That's it wrapped up perfectly man...You are the target market we wanted to attract with Fire Pay and CTP Token cause you understood what it was like to have it ripped from under your feet like us..

We wanted to make sure that would never happen again and token owners had 100% control of their funds.

It hurts but like anything else in life that kicks us to bring down, only a few are brave and strong enough to get back to the horse...

LOL I'm grateful for the review, I think she did a great job on it :)

I just needed to remind myself, there is plenty of work to do to get people on the blockchain to understand what CTP exactly is...We focused so much on bringing people here, we forgot the other half of the equation.

That is true...hence my plead every time to everyone to give me feedback to what I'm doing, either good or bad, to change what's need to be changed, and get better at it!
This is The Gauntlet's real vision if you know what I mean lol
I do believe that you guys are doing a great job but then again I'm biased lol

Right. Thanks for posting this. Fire-pay is the only one I have. I maybe slow but am getting it. I even was able to get keys to work on hive. after going through and making sure I got them right. I do like your programs. and I am also collecting bitcoin stuff. going to promote and tweet.

Kudos to @elizabetamt, that's not easy.

I really like the CTP tribe because of the people and the energy.

I'm not really into affiliate marketing, so I don't think I can contribute to the field. I've tried StartLearning.today and ClickTrackProfit very briefly just to get a taste for it and satisfy my curiosity.

Marketing in general, I think we all need to learn about, even just a little. If you create content online you are a marketer, even if you don't realize it.

So I guess what I'm learning from all of you is the consistency, the content creation, the community building. These are all very valuable.

Yeah, I mean...I'm a student on entrepreneurship overall.

Affiliate marketing is a niche that I thought would do very well in a blockchain environment. Especially with all the shady dealings int he industry...This is transparent and nothing hidden.

Marketers could thrive here and everyone wins!

Glad to have you onboard man. Appreciate everything you bring to the community and blockchain as a whole!

Great post Jon. All the reasons I made sure to get in on the relaunch last year. CTP/CTPTalk/Hive is "the greatest thing since sliced bread" especially for the new, lost, confused, unsure, (and the list goes on) marketer who wants to get their foot in the door and start earning some money.

Oh Jon I don't know what to say ....

As always, your posts are very good and effective and you have highlighted all the benefits that CTP and Firepay have and those who are not active in the CTP Plan do not know what they are losing.

I myself was a pretty unknown owner until I started actively using CTP and best of all is that no one is watching who or what you are, everyone is helping everyone.

From the beginning I was more reserved and I didn't get involved in the conversations much, but that changes from day to day because you motivate me to want to do more.

Well written Jon, and yeah we might have to get a bit better at informing Hivers about CTP and Firepay lol, I have made some strides for that with the #IAmAliveChallenge and the I Am Alive ebook, but having more info in some pages in the CTPtalk condenser might be good, keep up your great work.
