When And What Will You...Choose?
I've been in business for almost 20 decades now....Wait a minute, over 2 decades!!!
Yeah I got started in 1998 when I first clicked on a silly banner that read 'Punch The Monkey Win Cash'....
That was it. I was hooked. It took me down the path of affiliate marketing and eventually building my own businesses online. In these 2 decades of running businesses, I've seen thousands of people come and go.
Like a revolving door, they jump online with big dreams, aspirations, desires, wants and hope...
All these are the fuel they need to get started. And the longer they try to build something online, the faster these characteristics and emotions seem to fade away...
All of them...Dreams. Aspirations. Desires. Wants. And Hope....Are fantastic tools to get you started but they won't carry the load and won't help you finish the race.
There comes a time, and I've said this to hundreds of customers over the years, when you need to CHOOSE to win!
And what exactly do I mean by 'choosing'?
Online Businesses
You are going to have to invest in your business. And this may not be 10 bucks a month. You are going to need tools like an auto responder to manage your email marketing. You'll need a decent web host if you want a presence to help build your personal brand. You'll need things like an analytics tool, advertising, design costs, programming help will be on the horizon...
Yup, you will have to CHOOSE to invest in yourself and your online business.
Fitness
Disclaimer: I'm overweight and way out of shape, so take this advice with a grain of salt ;)
You can buy all the DVD's you want. Watch hours of YouTube videos about people that have the perfect physique. Read blog after blog about how to lose weight and get fit. Promise yourself you'll start that juicing plan next Monday.
But until you CHOOSE to get your butt in gear and take action, none of it matters!
HIVE
The best part about HIVE is that you can earn while you learn the blockchain. But let's be honest, you will continue to be a minnow and plankton until you choose it's time to invest in some Hive Power. You won't need tens of thousands, you can aim for that as a goal..But you have to CHOOSE to put some skin in the game.
You can wait and hope you get on the radars of some of the bigger accounts here...Or you can CHOOSE to build your account yourself.
You can see, just from these 3 examples...The decision you make to CHOOSE your path is the difference between success and failure. The difference between reaching your dreams, aspirations, wants, hopes and desires...Or wasting another a day...

I remember punch the monkey quite well made good money with that . That was not my first but it was a good one for sure. Hive is great and will do well for us all, just have to stick with it.

Food for thought, along the same vein. I was listening to Ryan Holiday and Cal Newport today talking about taking unreasonable action. Actions that seem reasonable to professionals seem unreasonable to amateurs.
Oh man, you can't go wrong with Ryan Holliday. One of the best authors of the past decade.
The best investment that can be made is into oneself, I have always maintained that no matter what program you may be a member of, the product is the self and if you are not comfortable selling you then your in the wrong vocation.
Investment in building networks and building knowledge is the best point of sale there is

Keep going! I started a bunch and they failed miserably. That's how you know you are growing, when you keep trying new stuff and eventually something just clicks.
Well said Jon, it's all about taking action and investing time and some money and you will start getting results, but only if we choose to be consistent with those actions.

What I’d like to add is that, when you want to achieve the same result with less investment upfront, then you will either have to be very lucky, spend more time and/or take bigger risks.
The compounding interest factor on Hive makes it virtually impossible to outperform someone who invested 100x what you did. Except for time, luck and risk.
Yeah it's a pay to play model for sure, I think that's why DPOS was created...For those that invest the most, to have the most say....But still, opportunities for everyone to create and curate!

There is a lot of exercise equipment out there that generated many exercise plans that were never chosen.
