A Big Hello to the CTP Community!

So this is where my football team hang-out when they're not at training for the next match!

Probably better known as @leedsunited to many people I see on the feed here, I have been getting a few 'ctp' tokens from my posts recently and thought I'd dig a little deeper.

First. A confession!

When @jongolson first announced the Index token, I bought in. Then after a few days, and having been bitten quite heavily in the past, I sold out at a small loss. I am rather cynical of many of the Hive Engine tokens and, being totally honest, Hive Engine itself. It worries me a little that it's basically a one-man-band and seemingly a single server that's responsible for a vast amount of all our assets. Some of the tribes also have gone by the wayside after great fanfare. Miner tokens, I've been bitten by them too. However, in my very few passing engagements with Jon, I think he is a straight-up fella and shrewd operator and I'm going to learn things from him here. So please don't hold my lack of Index against me!

So why exactly am I here and what do I want?

I want a daily passive income of $30 to $50 USD. That's it. I'm not big on affiliate marketing or drop-shipping or any other typical digital nomad pursuits but I do want to make the little crypto I have work hard for me here, without being forced into posting just to keep the coin rolling in. We hear so much on Hive about long term investment, wealth creation and hodling and saving up for a rainy day but trust me, at 54 years old, it's pissing it down daily. No one ever looks at investment for income on Hive, they care about nothing but token prices but it's primarily investment income I'm interested in and aiming towards.

I want to enjoy using the whole Hive ecosystem and do whatever I choose to do here that makes me happy. Forcing myself into making two posts a day to try and garner rewards is not one of those things!

So here I am starting my journey in CTP and I am hoping to get some tips and learn about some schemes that will help me achieve my rather modest goal.

I've learned something already about networking.....

And that is, all the players who drop a comment on my silly little contest each day on Sportstalk, are here and on Leo and it seems, we could have a nice little network on a number of platforms, so that is something we could all work on together. As I keep telling them on Sportstalk....Team is everything! I'm going to tag them all at the end of this post ;-)

So that's it. A brief 'hello' and if any of the following are late for training tomorrow, I'll be docking their appearance fess !!

PS I just bought and powered up 300 CTP and delegated 750 Hive to @ctpsb. Looks like I have a lot of reading and learning to do this evening!
