My CTP Weekly Report #2
If you are not familiar with CTP, it stays for @jongolson affiliate marketing website ClickTrackProfit, and I'm one of the many users. I have registered 9 days before and this is my second weekly report about my progress and everything else connected with CTP.
I have reached CTP Apprentice Level 3 rank, joined a team and level up Badge rank, Team rank, Training rank, Mastery rank, Gauntlet rank, and Scavenger rank.
Regarding training lessons, I have finished Click! section and all Profit! lessons that are covered with my subscription level. At the moment, I am doing the Traffic Wave section.
This week I was exploring Scavenger Hunt and I found it very interesting and addicting :) It's an interesting way to move you to work a little bit through clicking :)
By doing that, I have discovered a few badges that I have successfully claimed, so I will probably advance on that field also. I didn't have a clue what are they doing, but it looks that badges are playing a very important role in the CTP world.
Another important thing connected to ClickTrackProfit is the CTP Talk tribe here on Steem and you can find it here https://www.ctptalk.com. Well, on that I'm trying to push as much as I can, so I'm trying to write at least 4-5 posts per week. At the moment I have 3006 staked CTP tokens, which situates me at Top20 (fighting with @flaxz for 19th position :) ) of all CTP holders and my 100% upvote worth around 14 CTP.

Good job on your progress @ph1102 - yes Badges have been a big part of CTP ever since its inception, the new relaunched CTP is no different,
Back in the day, almost any TE worth a grain of salt would have had Badges, - we are still reminding owners that were a part of the old CTP to integrate their badges again, but there are badges galore to collect :)
Thanks Russell... I'm still trying to find my place under the CTP tree... And I'm aware tht I have to learn a lot more.
Since you're talking about its inception... when was that? For how long has the community existed?
@spritualmax - I first joined CTP in 2011, I believe it was around for a couple of years previous, @jongolson will be able to give exact date of inception :) It was and still is a thriving community, When Paypal started shutting down site owners accounts a lot of owners and users became somewhat distant, they are now starting to come back and realise what a great opportunity this still is

I am a University Professor who specializes in Digital Marketing, so I am pretty good with all thinks internet marketing, but definitely new in this community.
Also, I'm going to get a stake myself, so get ready for some competition PH :D

I don't mind about competition, and I don't see it in that way.
Regarding your question about passive income from staked CTP tokens... Yes, you get passive income, but you can earn more by curating other posts on CTPtalk.com, or writing aff. marketing posts, which will not be a problem as it is your profession. ;) If you have more staked tokens, your upvote is valued more and you can earn more tokens (and good authors will receive the part of your upvote)... That's why I don't see you as a competition :) We are all here to help each other and to push each other forward!
