Omg, you just hit it on the head there. Absolutely! While it's not always easy (I am a redhead, 'nuff said 😂), it is such a strength that not everyone has. When you remain calm in the storm, you become that strength & it effects everything & everyone around you.

Amen! Breath really helps & it's funny. I noticed my patience is not all there like it used to be. Maybe it's an age thing lmao. (I am too old for this ....) But like you, I am learning the balance & there are things I am super patient with. It all depends on the circumstances & sometimes we have to remember we are human - it happens lol. :)
