The only job I ever got fired from was a part time bicycle repair job where I got 5% commission on every new bike I sold. I got fired because I made too much money (over $800 the week I got fired). I sold the bikes by teaching people what to look for in a bike and then sent them shopping. I knew at the time the bikes I had were the absolute best value out there. So most of the people I sent away to shop came back and bought a bike. Four weeks after I was fired, the owner called me and wanted me back. Seems my replacement hadn't made any sales.
